OK, so it does look like every urban pizzeria on the planet. You pick up a slice and a coke, and hope it doesn’t repeat on you.

But there’s a hidden side to Columbus Pizza. The owners are honest to goodness Italian, and they will make for you a wonderful lasagna if you order it in advance.

Yes, it is the same stuff they have on the steam table. But that’s been sitting around for a while. Order one to pick up and take home if you’re too busy to make your own. It’s roughly $75 for an enormous tray, 4″ thick…enough to feed 15 hungry men, or 20-25 mixed company. It has sausage and meatballs, ricotta, and mozzarella, and it’s really delicious.

Trust me, you’ll be amazed.
