The Mill Hill basement is a scene, perhaps one of the most exciting scenes in Trenton (“Underground Music Underground”).  It’s located in the basement space of the much more staid Mill Hill Saloon.

If you’re into  independent music and grunge bands, and are Gen Y or younger, you should definitely check it out.  (Full disclosure here, I’m a boomer who lived in NYC in the mid-70s, and who had a good friend who hung out at CBGBs and worshiped the Ramones.  I didn’t like it then.  I certainly don’t like it now.  But it’s not for me.)

Anyway, it’s an active venue with bands most weekends.  Late.  Don’t keep me awake, I live around the corner (just kidding).
