People in places like Princeton love to think that the people they pay to do their services (mechanics, framers, tailors, etc) are the best. And sometimes they are. But all too often, I’ve found, they’re merely expensive. Take Art, pictured above. He took much better care of my Volvo than the dealer, at about 25% of the price (I kid you not!). And it’s not an uncommon story: the best service providers in Trenton are often as good as anyone, anywhere. But usually not so expensive.
